Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
The standard we target
This site is built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every foreground and background colour pairing used in the design system is verified at a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5 to 1 for body text by an automated check that runs on every build.
What we have implemented
Semantic HTML with proper landmark regions, a skip to content link, logical heading order with no skipped levels, full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, descriptive alternative text on images, touch targets of at least 48 by 48 pixels, text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, and respect for the reduced motion preference.
Known limitations
The embedded Google Map is a third party component and loads only after you choose to activate it. Its internal accessibility is controlled by Google. Address and directions are always available as plain text alongside it so the information is never map dependent.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, contact us using the phone number or email address in the footer. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will work to resolve it and provide the information you needed in another format in the meantime.
