What commercial landscape maintenance services do you offer?
5 service areas covering 73 individual services: commercial landscape maintenance, commercial tree services, irrigation services, design and installation, and specialized programs adapted to specific commercial property types.
What is included in commercial landscape maintenance?
Mowing, edging, string trimming, bed weeding and cultivation, shrub and hedge trimming, groundcover management, debris and litter removal, and hard surface blowing on every visit. Fertilization, weed control, mulching, irrigation inspection, and seasonal color are scheduled at longer intervals within the same contract.
Do you provide commercial tree trimming and removal?
Yes. We handle trimming, pruning, removal, palm care, stump grinding, deadwood removal, clearance pruning, tree health assessment, and documented risk evaluation for commercial properties.
What irrigation services do you offer?
Repair, zone by zone audits, smart controller upgrades, installation, design support, leak detection, water efficiency programs, seasonal adjustments, water use reporting, controller programming, and zone balancing.
Can you handle commercial storm cleanup?
Yes. Storm response covers hazard assessment, clearing of blocked access, safe removal of unstable tree material, full debris cleanup, and photo documentation for insurance. Properties with a storm response agreement receive priority scheduling.

How can I get a quote for commercial landscape maintenance?
Submit a request through the quote form or call us. We walk the property, document current conditions with photos, and provide a written scope naming every task, its frequency, and the standard it is held to. We respond to commercial inquiries within one business day.
What happens during a property walkthrough?
We walk every landscaped zone with you, photograph current conditions, note irrigation system condition and obvious failures, identify tree concerns, and agree which zones are priorities. You receive that documentation whether or not you engage us.
How long before a new provider gets the property right?
Routine service standards are typically reached within two to four visits. Accumulated deferred work such as overgrown shrubs, bed restoration, or irrigation repairs generally takes thirty to ninety days, and some of it may be scoped as project work.
Do you require a long term contract?
One year initial terms are common. What matters more than the length is the notice period and renewal mechanics, which we state plainly rather than burying.

Working With Us
Do you work with residential properties?
No. We are a commercial-only company. Every crew, process, schedule, and reporting standard is built for commercial property and the people who manage it.
Does the same crew service our property?
Yes. Crew consistency is a core standard. The same trained team returns so they know your layout, access constraints, irrigation quirks, and priority zones without needing direction each visit.
How do you document completed work?
Arrival and completion photos on every visit, tied to the property and date, rolled into a monthly summary covering work completed, issues identified, and recommendations. It is formatted so you can forward it to ownership or a board without rewriting it.
Who do I contact when there is a problem?
One named point of contact with a direct number, and a response time commitment written into the contract rather than described in a sales conversation.
Do you serve multi-site property portfolios?
Yes. Portfolio accounts get a standardized scope structure across all locations, consolidated reporting, and one point of contact. The specification is adjusted per property type while the reporting format stays identical so sites remain comparable.
Pricing and Contracts
Pricing and Contracts
What drives commercial landscape maintenance pricing?
Total maintained area, service frequency, plant material complexity, site access difficulty, and route density. Two properties of the same size can price very differently because of the last four.
Why do you not publish prices?
A number without a scope is misleading. The same property prices very differently depending on frequency, inclusions, and standard. We explain every cost factor and price your actual property rather than publishing a figure that would not match it.
How should I compare landscape proposals?
Normalize scope before comparing price. Build one list of every task you expect and mark each proposal against it. Proposals rarely cover the same work, so the lowest number frequently reflects the narrowest scope.
What should be in a maintenance contract?
Every task with its frequency, defined property areas, condition standards, documentation requirements, extra work approval thresholds, response time commitments, insurance requirements, price escalation terms, and termination provisions with a notice period.

What areas do you service in Southern California?
Los Angeles County and Orange County, covering 73 cities. Our yard is in Whittier, which gives the fastest response through the San Gabriel Valley, the Gateway Cities, and north Orange County.
Do you serve properties outside your main routes?
Sometimes, and we are direct about it. Route density is what makes consistent scheduling possible. If a property sits well outside our routes we will say so rather than accept work we cannot serve consistently.
Do watering restrictions differ by city?
Yes, meaningfully. Restrictions are set by your specific water provider, not by the county or a single regional rule. A property under LADWP operates under different rules than one a few miles away in another district.
